I am always searching and finding ways to guide each client to the body they always wanted but couldn’t attain on their own. I believe in working hard in each session so that clients feel invigorated and not beat up. I figure that most people have already beat themselves up enough mentally and are ready to receive knowledgeable guidance in a welcoming environment.
If you are looking for a drill instructor you won’t find that at Christy’s Personal Training. I keep clients on track outside the sessions as well with cardiovascular workouts and nutrition guidance and tracking. I approach fitness and weight loss as a lifestyle change and it takes a lot of hard work with a trainer you can trust and depend on to always be your biggest cheerleader.
